State-Specific Requirements

• Seed Technologist Mandate: Manufacturing licenses require a technologist holding a B.Sc. (Agri) or an M.Sc. in Seed Technology/Botany from a recognized university, such as **Anand Agricultural University (AAU)**, **Navsari Agricultural University (NAU)**, **Junagadh Agricultural University (JAU)**, or **Sardarkrushinagar Dantiwada Agricultural University (SDAU)**.
• Processing Infrastructure Check: Inspector checks machinery calibrations, seed cleaner and gravity separator ratings, separate bagging storage plans, and seed test registers.
• O-Form Source Certificate: Required to link dealer or distributor licenses back to certified seed manufacturing facilities.

Applicants must register on the dealer licensing section, upload layout designs, machinery details, technologist qualification degrees, shop/warehouse rent agreements, and pay processing fees online to secure an inspection date.
